Fun Family Foto Shoot

Talk about great weather. A cool, Chicago evening, complete with great sun; just what we needed to get some super pictures of Kerri and her kids. Kerri is actually the sister of one of my friends, Becky, and she's just as groovy as Becky. No surprise there. Becky was Maddie's kindergarten teacher. I tell ya, I just love these former teachers of my kids. We've been so blessed by fantastic educators. Seriously, I don't take them for granted.

And Miss Phoebe turns one on Sunday. Is she precious or what? Made me want another baby, again. She was just delicious. You just wanted to squeeze, squeeze, squeeze her. Precious.

And big brothers, Shane [6] and Ryan [4]. Ryan was quite the little ham, and as much as mom wanted him to cooperate, I have to say, this is one of my favorite pics of the night. He was just a doll. {And Phoebes was on the move.}
Shane seems like such a snuggler, I could just tell. He did great with Phoebe, hugging (and occasionally tackling) ... and check out his eyes. Oh mercy. Watch out folks.
