First Day of School for Jackson (2009)
Jackson started preschool today. Three year old preschool. That seems SO young to me.
He was great. He was excited about putting on his back-pack. He got timid when we actually got to school. We walked in with him, and he instantly asked if he could play trains.
Away he went so we made our escape. And he came out a happy boy after fun playing trains.
When asked what his favorite part about school was, it was 'painting a picture with paint.' Thankfully I wore sunglasses because when the teacher opened the door to welcome in the students, I started to cry. Jackson can't possibly be old enough to go to school. He's my baby. He's my bud. So sad. But good, too.
When they (meaning every parent in the universe that has been a parent prior me being a parent) said it goes by fast, they weren't jokin'.
