Lake Radnor Revisted

So I had to go back, not only to enjoy the beauty, but also to get some pictures.

However, this is what I'm finding out {technically, I've known this for decades, however ..}

You just can't capture the beauty of nature on camera ... okay, some can. Like Ansel Adams. And others, too.

But the reality is, God's beauty is meant to be experienced. To be smelled. To be touched. To be seen with the eyes and not through a lens. To be heard. And when you experience His beauty, rest sweeps over you. It takes over. I look longer. I breathe in deeper. I listen more acutely.

All that to say, I took a few photos, none of which do justice to the beauty of Radnor Lake.
{And to put this beauty into perspective, it's about 5 minutes from the nearest Target and every other imaginable store under the sun. Seriously. It's THAT close.}
Don't you just want to walk right into the forest ... You know my love for benches. Well they were all along the trail. Just tucked in there, begging for one to sit down for a bit. Wish you could have come along for a visit and a walk. It does the body

{and soul}

good.
