We're on this afternoon kick. And by we, I mean Jack and I'm along for the ride.

Hello Smooth-a-licious!

Jack got into this during the summer and hasn't looked back.

A huge hand-ful of spinach.
Throw in some kale.
Brocoli sprouts.
Wheat grass.
Flax seed.
Smidge of orange juice.
Whatever fruit we have on hand.

Voila. Blend, blend, blend.

Truth be told, the first few months I gagged and couldn't get it down. I mean, the color is rather radioactive green. But, now I drink 8 ounces, probably 4 days a week.

As Jack snaps, "Packed with nutrition!"

I'm telling you, I feel more energy after drinking one of these. There's a bit of zip in my zippity-do-dah!
