Repeat For Years | Chicagoland Family Photographer | Water Street Dreams
More
‘repeat-for-years’ clients.
I love them, too.
Seriously,
I have
the best clients EVER.
I met Danielle
randomly at our neighborhood park
a few years ago,
when they only had
one little buddy!
She saw me taking
photos and asked if I was a photographer
and I said yes!
She asked for a
business card,
called me the next
day,
and I wanna say
they had their
first of many sessions later that month.
Danielle, Mike and the boys
are just naturals
in front of the camera.
They play together,
they’re relaxed
and we just wander
and capture them doing this type of thing.
Some people are really really easy to be around.
Mike and Danielle would fall into that category!
They’re just easy
and chill,
not much ruffles their feathers.
They let boys be rough and tumble.
They laugh together
and you can tell that they love each other deeply.
Well hello little brother,
whatcha thinkin' about?
It’s always fun to
see how moms and dads play differently with their kids.
Big brother wanted
to jump this huge chasm
and his mama
(well, okay, me too if we're being totally transparent)
was like,
that doesn’t
seem safe,
really,
like not very much at all.
And Mike,
walks over and
says,
I think he can do it.
So he does it.
Just like that!
No problem!
Big brother for the win!
Mike's probably the dad pushing his boys
on the swing 'til they're almost parallel with the ground.
Giving all the moms on the playground heart failure!
But his kids are gonna be brave and courageous
and risk takers
and those are all great qualities to give your kids!
Okay,
this little mister is
CLEARLY a mama’s boy.
Like 100% hands
down.
Big brother
(and all boys on planet earth)
get the biggest kick
out of words like poopy!
What IS it about that word?
Apparently it's the greatest word
since time began.
That's what he whispered into his mama's ear on this next shot.
Love his grin, right?
It's like he thinks he just got away
with saying the most naughty word ever!
LOVE IT.
The boy might be a model some day.
Seriously.
SO CUTE.
We met down at the
Alfred Caldwell Lily Pond
at the Lincoln
Park Zoo,
and then made our
way over to Lake Michigan.
I do love shooting
at this location.
Great variety
within a short distance.
Danielle and Mike,
you're one great family.
Super kind
and so easy to be with.
I love that you already have two ideas for
new locations for your next two family sessions.
That's my kind of family!
Your enthusiasm for life,
for seeing the importance of capturing each season of your lives,
for sharing kindness with others,
for being playful and fun parents
makes you great people!
I'm so thankful that our paths
crossed on that playground years ago.
Here's to many more years of
capturing the love you have for one another!
It is my joy and honor to showcase your family's love!
